Accurate Electric, Inc. began serving the greater Salina Kansas area as an independent electrical contractor in 1996. On a shoe string budget, Ron Stratman founded the company out of his basement office and backyard shed. As with most entrepreneurs, Ron possesses a constant desire to improve. Because of that drive, he was able to build the company to the point of outgrowing the basement and shed. A bigger space was in order, so a warehouse property became the company's new home in 2001. After a few years, the company was again in need of more space. This led to the purchase of an office building and warehouse space in 2008, on the north end of downtown Salina. That location became the hub of tremendous growth over the next several years. As a result of that growth, Ron was faced with the issues that many entrepreneurs face. Growing expenses and a succession plan were on the forefront of his mind. Ron began to search out how to accomplish his goal of running a profitable company while protecting his employees livelihood after his future retirement. A result of those concerns was the sale of Accurate Electric Inc. to Superior Contracting & Manufacturing Services in 2020. The acquisition allowed Accurate Electric to become a 100% employee owned company. Under the leadership of Ron as the president of the electrical division, the company has continued to outperform itself year over year. Employee ownership most certainly drives home the fact that we have an outstanding reputation in the field as a company who knows how to get the job done right the first time.

Working under the umbrella of Superior Contracting & Manufacturing Services, we are able to offer a full range of contracting services. These services include Superior Plumbing & Heating, Boretec Directional Underground Services, Superior Pump & Electric Motor Services, South Industrial Sheet Metal, Accurate Electric, Tool Time, and Callabresi Heating & Cooling.
